Much of the crowd doesn't even seem to notice Otoya at all, too intent on bidding for the girl who would one day be powerful enough to beat up monsters twice her size. This time it shows the same child curled up on the ground with bleeding wounds on her body, arms thrown up around her face as she tries to protect herself from the attacks, but to no avail. There is a boy her own age above her with a smile that seems out of place on someone so young. He doesn't seem the least bothered by his actions and even seems to revel in the pain that is he inflicting on her as he hits her again and again with the small cat whip that he has.
